Not necessarily. We can arrange key handover or partial presence, whatever works best for you.
Do you remove paint, grout, and cement?
We handle work residue depending on the property's condition and surface types. There's no guarantee that every stain or construction material can be completely removed.
Can I book recurring cleaning?
Yes, we offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly service for homes and businesses.
Which areas do you work in?
We operate in Netanya and the Sharon area.
Is the price based on the number of rooms?
The price is affected by several factors: the size of the property, its condition, the type of cleaning, the number of windows and balconies, and the overall scope of work.
I live abroad — how does this work if I'm not in the country?
We're your representatives on the ground: we visit the property, check that everything is in order, and update you, so you don't need to be physically in Israel to have it taken care of.
Who lets the professional into the house when I'm not there?
You can arrange with us to let the professional into the house and be present during the visit, depending on the type of service and prior coordination.
Do you also do repairs yourselves?
It depends on the type of work. In many cases we arrange a suitable professional and oversee the visit — not every repair is carried out by us directly.
How does this work when I have Airbnb guests all the time?
We coordinate the cleaning frequency between guests according to your booking calendar, so the apartment is ready before every check-in.
How far in advance do I need to schedule a visit to the property?
It depends on the type of visit and how urgent it is. We recommend scheduling in advance when possible, and when we can, we'll try to accommodate urgent requests too.
